1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HAIBYK.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Engineering Engagements & Proposals
Any formal software development engagement, milestone delivery schedule, pricing agreement, or warranty commitment between HAIBYK and a client is governed by an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or formal Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a client agreement, upon full payment for custom software deliverables, 100% of the client-specific intellectual property, repositories, and documentation are transferred to the client.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
